🚗 On-Site Visit Surcharges:
- Within the city of Hibbing: flat $2 surcharge
- Outside Hibbing: $0.50 per mile (round trip) from the Hibbing city center
Note: Mileage is calculated from Hibbing’s city limits to the service location, using the most direct route.

Remote support is available with no travel fees. Please keep in mind there is a one hour minimum charge for onsite support and a half hour minimum for remote support. Additional charges beyond one hour are billed every 15 minutes rounding up to the nearest quarter hour.
Drive time is not billed separately. It is fully included in the onsite service surcharge.

Covers all needs, including break/fix, troubleshooting, laptop crash, new setup, etc.
Note: Onsite visit surcharges are not included in the subscription cost.

Exceeding two hours of support in a month will be billed per 15 minutes at your discounted hourly rate.

Account Recovery Subscription
$20 a month
I can provide account recovery through a recovery email assigned to my business account.
I would not know and do not want to know your unique passwords. If you get locked out, I would assist in resetting your password for you.
This is a theorized service offering — looking for any tips, suggestions, or if this is viewed as valuable by any future clients.
FAQ
- What payment methods do you accept?
- I accept debit and credit card payments securely through my invoicing partner, Zoho Invoices. You can also pay by cash or check if that’s more convenient for you.
- How many devices does my subscription cover?
- Every device in your household is covered — no per-workstation fees. Laptop, desktop, smartphone, printer, smart TV — you name it. If you have time available, it's included.
- If I call for remote support and it turns into onsite, how is it billed?

I will quickly know if I can solve your issue faster onsite than remote. Remote support is carried over into the one hour minimum onsite charge.
Example: If we spend 10 minutes troubleshooting on the phone and decide it's faster if I resolve in person and it takes 50 minutes total to solve your issue, you would be billed just for the 1 hour minimum at your regular hourly rate. - If I exceed my two hours a month, what happens if I need more support?
- If you exceed your two hours, you have a discounted hourly rate for service beyond 2 hours which will be billed every 15 minutes beyond your allotted subscription service time.
- What if I want a remote support subscription and I'm outside of the 10 mile radius of the City of Hibbing?
