Most residential tech issues can be resolved within an hour. Not sure how long your problem will take? Just ask for an upfront, honest quote. I strive to keep my work within an hour whenever possible, ensuring you get the best value.

💼 Regular Rates (beginning August 23):

🚗 Home Visit Surcharges:
- Within the city of Hibbing: flat $2 surcharge
- Outside Hibbing: $0.50 per mile (round trip) from the Hibbing city center
Note: Mileage is calculated from Hibbing’s city center to the service location, using the most direct route.

Optional Add-Ons:
- Data transfer: billed at regular hourly rate
- On-site setup (excluding onsite surcharge): billed at regular hourly rate
Remote support is available with no travel fees. Please keep in mind there is a one hour minimum charge for onsite support and a half hour minimum for remote support. Additional charges beyond one hour are billed every 15 minutes rounding up to the nearest quarter hour.
Drive time is not billed separately. It is fully included in the onsite service surcharge.
Subscription Plan (Starting August 1st)

Covers all needs, including break/fix, troubleshooting, laptop crash, new setup, etc.
Note: Onsite visit surcharges are not included in the subscription cost.

Exceeding two hours of support in a month will be billed per 15 minutes at your discounted hourly rate.
Keep your time usage in mind — unused time does not roll over.

Account Recovery Subscription
$20 a month
I can provide account recovery through a recovery email assigned to my business account.
I would not know and do not want to know your unique passwords. If you get locked out, I would assist in resetting your password for you.
This is a theorized service offering — looking for any tips, suggestions, or if this is viewed as valuable by any future clients.

- What payment methods do you accept?
- I accept debit and credit card payments securely through my invoicing partner, Zoho Invoices. You can also pay by cash or check if that’s more convenient for you.
- How many devices does my subscription cover?
- Every device in your household is covered — no per-workstation fees. Laptop, desktop, smartphone, printer, smart TV — you name it. If you have time available, it's included.
- If I call for remote support and it turns into onsite, how is it billed?

I will quickly know if I can solve your issue faster onsite than remote. Remote support is carried over into the one hour minimum onsite charge.
